Quad Pressure equipment field of application CPE4 at 2900 rpm
Working principle Hydro-Pneumatic pressure equipment consisting of four electropumps, controlled by a ESPA ECD digital regulation starting system by pressure transducer, for pressure water supply. In real time, measurement of the pressure in the installation is carried out by means of a transducer connected to the discharge manifold. Depending on the pressure reading, the start-up order of the pump is managed at constant speed. Once a pressure value is reached above the starting pressure plus a preset differential, the electric pump stop is ordered. If the pressure value, with one of the pumps running, falls below a preset pressure differential, the cascade start of the second pump is ordered and successive. The stoppage of the pumps is carried out according to the same logic, when the pressure increases. The starting of the pumps is carried out in total alternation, for a better distribution of the hours of operation. The ESPA ECD Controller is capable of managing the two-pump manoeuvre. The third and fourth pumps of the equipment are governed by a ELV slave module. For proper operation of the equipment, a hydropneumatic accumulator of an adequate volume is required to minimise engine start-up and stoppage. In case of failure of the control system of the pressure transducer, the ESPA ECD controller has the possibility of working by means of switches, not included in the supply.
Setting up your computer Hydraulic part system composed of four electropumps fixed on common bench. A check valve made of stainless steel and a shut-off valve is assembled in the pump drive, in this order. The drive columns are attached to the drive manifold, made of stainless steel. The discharge manifold has an outlet with an isolation shutoff valve to place the hydro-pneumatic accumulator. The transducer is placed in the same drive manifold, which will be wired to the ESPA ECD controller. Electrical Parts The CPE4 series equipment is composed of a ESPA ECD controller and two ELV slave modules. The CPE4 three-phase power equipment is supplied with an electric cabinet that incorporates a circuit breaker per pump for protection of the electric line. In case of failure of one of the pumps, this can be isolated and the rest of the equipment can continue working without any risk for the installation. The ESPA ECD Controller is able to govern the maneuver and protection of two equipment pumps and manage communication with the ELV slave modules of the third and fourth bombs
