Working principle Hydro-Pneumatic pressure equipment consisting of an electric pump, controlled by a ESPA ECD system of digital regulation by means of pressure transducer, for the supply of pressurized water. In real time, measurement of the pressure in the installation is carried out by means of a transducer connected to the discharge manifold. Depending on the pressure reading, the start-up order of the pump is managed at constant speed. Once a pressure value is reached above the starting pressure plus a preset differential, the electric pump stop is ordered. For proper operation of the equipment, a hydropneumatic accumulator of an adequate volume is required to minimise engine start-up and stoppage. In the event of a failure of the pressure transducer control system, the ESPA ECD controller has the possibility of working by means of a switch, not included in the supply.
Setting up your computer Hydraulic part system composed of an electropump fixed on bench. A check valve made of stainless steel and a shut-off valve is assembled in the pump drive, in this order. The drive column is attached to the drive manifold, made of stainless steel.
The discharge manifold has an outlet with an isolation shutoff valve to place the hydro-pneumatic accumulator. The transducer is placed in the same drive manifold, which will be wired to the ESPA ECD controller. Electrical Parts The CPE1 and CPE1M series equipment are composed of a ESPA ECD controller. The CPE1 equipment is supplied with an electric cabinet that incorporates a thermal circuit breaker for protection of the electric line. It is recommended to install an independent line protected by a circuit breaker, in the general table
