All prices shown on our website include VAT in Spain. 4.DELIVERY TIME SPECIFICATION

If one or more products have arrived damaged due to transport, this must always be indicated on the delivery note that is signed to the carrier upon receipt of the order, after which you will have 24 to 48 hours to notify the carrier. If the notification is not made within the indicated period, Jarpis, S.L. will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transport.
Ifthere is any damage and it has been notified in a timely manner, we will bear all extra transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with and is in its original box and seal.

8.GUARANTEE
Jarpis, S.L. guarantees its products, under the legally established terms, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. The customer must inform Jarpis, S.L. of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In the event of a defective product under guarantee, Jarpis, S.L. will take the necessary steps to repair or replace it, either directly or through the technical / after-sales services of the brands represented, which will be free of charge (excluding from this guarantee the special conditions specified by each product, according to the guarantee established by the manufacturer). Exclusively excluded from this guarantee are outlet products that are derived from demonstration products, which will have a one-year guarantee, as well as all reconditioned products that have already been used will have a one-year guarantee.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use, will be excluded from the guarantee

9.ORDER CANCELLATION
Your order may be cancelled. If it has not yet been shipped, we will refund you the full amount,
if it has already been shipped, you will have to return your order. In this case, once we receive the goods in their original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. However, please note that you will be responsible for the delivery and return transport costs.
