USE:
- Curved bars: 1. Stand in the middle of the bars suspended in the air and holding one with each hand. Torso upright with a view to the front, extend your legs by carrying your feet upwards, forming with your body an "L" with your legs parallel to the ground. 2. Stand on your back, legs outstretched, feet resting on the ground and grabbing the bars, one with each hand. Perform pulling movements by bringing the bars closer to your chest, flexing your arms.
- Parallel bars :Rest your hands on the two bars by lifting the body and being suspended on the ground. Through the flexion and extension of the arms, descend to the ground and climb again, without exceeding 90 degrees of bending of the elbows.
