FUNCTION: Demanding exercises of strength, balance and body stability in which the muscles of the upper body are involved. It mainly strengthens the muscles of the trunk, chest area, back and arms.
USE:
- Front plate. Stand face down by grabbing both bars with your hands, while keeping your arms outstretched. Having the trunk stable try to raise the feet of the ground and maintain balance.
- Vertical. Stand face down by grabbing both bars with your hands, while trying to keep an upright position on the ground.
