USE: With your arms stretched place your hands on the bar at chest height. Raise the trunk by maintaining balance with your hands and toes on the ground. Keep the body forming as straight a line as possible from heel to head. Flex your elbows until your chest touches the bar or your elbows reach a bend of 90 degrees and extend them again to return to their starting position.
