FUNCTION: Exercise the strength and power of the muscles of the lower and middle area of the body through the jump at different heights.
USE: From a bipedal position, take momentum and jump with both legs together on one of the benches. Mitigate reception by triple bending of ankles, knees and hips. Do the same to get off the bench.
CAUTION :Consult your doctor before performing this exercise. Avoid excessive stress while using the equipment.
