It is played with a ball which, similar to table tennis, should be returned to the other side of the net, however using different body parts for touches. Although you can excellently train the player's skills with the ball, the main aspect is fun. Users will set their own rules: how many players are played on each side, with which body parts the ball can be touched, how many touches are allowed on each side, how many points a match is played, etc. The movement is intense and the laughter guaranteed.
