FUNCTION: Exercises that strengthen the muscles of the legs, in particular the buttock muscles, quadriceps, ischial-tibial and twins) while improving leg mobility.
USE: Sitting on the seat with your back resting on the backrest, place your feet on the footrests. Push your legs against the footrests to move the seat away until you extend your legs almost completely. Then flex your legs to return. Perform leg extension and bending exercises successively and very slowly to always work against resistance. Perform multiple repetitions.
