FUNCTION: Strengthens oblique abdominal muscles. Improves balance, trunk and hip mobility and cardiorespiratory resistance.
USE: Grab the handles with both hands and stand on the stirrup platform. Hold tight when climbing and make sure you are in balance before starting the movement. With your legs together, make a pendular motion, alternating right and left. Perform multi-minute sessions.
