FUNCTION: Strengthens the muscles of the legs (quadriceps, hamstrings and twins) and buttocks. At the same time it improves mobility, coordination and cardiorespiratory resistance.
USE: Grab the horizontal bar with both hands and stand on the stirrups. Make sure you are in balance before starting the movement. With your back straight, move one leg forward and at the other leg backwards. Alternate your legs at a homogeneous pace, simulating walking motion. Let your legs oscillate naturally. You can adjust the stress by regulating the amplitude and frequency of the oscillation. Perform multi-minute sessions.
