FUNCTION: Strengthens oblique abdominal muscles and improves trunk and hip balance and mobility. Improves joint mobility of the spine.
USE: Hold on well with both hands on the top bar and stand on top of a rotating platform. To rotate the trunk, gently rotate with your body upright to one side and the other. Perform multiple repetitions.
