Features and benefits:
  • The new Idegis Neolysis LS Series for private pools offers maximum chloramine reduction capacity, thanks to the combination in a single unit of the UV LP low-salinity electrolysis UV disinfection technique (double disinfection).
  • This achieves maximum water quality in the pool, with a salinity of less than 2 g/l, which makes the water suitable for irrigation.
  • The combination in a single reactor of the UV technique (low pressure or medium pressure) and low salinity electrolysis is a new advance in the treatment and disinfection of swimming pool water (residential and public) as it is capable of adding the most notable characteristics and advantages of each of these two technologies separately and mutually correcting their defects, disadvantages or limitations.
  • Both UV treatment technology and electrolysis are techniques that Idegis has been marketing, but the surprising result of this combination in a single reactor has never before been investigated: there is no need to add salt (sodium chloride) to the pool shell, as Neolysis is a technique that incorporates electrolysis.
  • Double disinfection (UVC in-situ chlorine/anodic oxidation).
  • Increased chloramine elimination capacity (UVC Cathodic reduction).
  • It is a sustainable technology due to water and energy savings. No more filter washes with the sole objective of reducing (diluting) the concentration of chloramines.
