Returns and Refunds

Piscina y Spa gives you the opportunity to return the product.
To do this, check to see if you meet the return conditions and follow these simple steps.

To make a return, you must send us an email to the email incidencias@piscinayspa.com with the necessary data to be carried out before the deadline.

Step 2 return and Refunds Piscina y Spa

Before you send us any product, we need an image or proof that the product and its packaging are in perfect condition for your return.

Return the product directly to the address that we will indicate when receiving the beginning of the return process, in 14 calendar days from our communication.

The amount of the product will be returned in the same way as the payment has been made, with a maximum term of 14 days from the date of return of the product, as long as it is in the same state in which it was sent.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Items used, altered or tampered with will not be accepted.
The product must be returned in its original box and seal.
In case of malfunction of the product, it will be taken to the technical service for its valuation.
No refunds of custom manufactured or custom-made items are accepted.
