MULTI/MULTI CKE2 pressure Equipment VE

Hydro-Pneumatic pressure equipment consisting of two electric pumps, each controlled by the ESPA ESD frequency variator.
In real time the pressure reading is carried out to adapt the revolutions of the motors regulated by the ESPA ESD variators and to adjust the flow rate provided to the installation demand. This provides greater comfort for the user, with constant supply pressure. The reduction of the motor frequency also implies a significant energy saving, as well as reducing the sound level in the equipment location.
The starting of the pumps is carried out in cascade and alternation, guaranteeing a perfect distribution of the hours of operation of all the pumps and increasing the durability of the equipment.
The electropumps of the equipment are fixed on a bench that guarantees the stability and alignment of the system. In the drive of each electropump, a check valve and a shut-off valve with a built-in link are assembled to facilitate the dismantling and maintenance of the equipment.
The valves is attached to a common drive manifold made of stainless steel. The equipment includes an 8 litre hydro-pneumatic accumulator and a junction box with Magnetotermic protection for easy installation and connection of the electrical circuits in the minimum space.
