FUNCTION: Traction exercises that strengthen the muscles of the trunk, arms and forearms.
USE:
High bars: With your arms fully stretched out, grab the bar with both hands and raise your body by fl exion of the arms, until the chin exceeds the bar on which it hangs. Finish by extending your arms again.
Low bar: Stand on your back, with your legs outstretched and grabbing the bar. Perform pulling movements by bringing the bar closer to your chest, flexing your arms.
CAUTION :Consult your doctor before performing this exercise. Avoid excessive stress while using the equipment.
