FUNCTION: Traction exercises that strengthen the muscles of the arms, forearms, shoulders and back and improve the agility of the shoulder and elbow joints.
USE: Sitting on the seat with your back resting on the backrest, take the handles with both hands. By bending your arms, stretch hard but slowly downwards. Make the return move slowly by extending your arms again. Perform multiple repetitions.
