The PSG208H Flyer

• Outdoor training element, made of galvanized steel structure with double layer finish of baked electrostatic paint.
• Element with four steering wheels, arranged in two different heights. Steel tube main post . Curved ruffle support tube of 60x2.75mm. Tube flyers of 32x2.5mm and 22x2mm. Device with internal stops to limit the range of rubber movement.
• Element for concrete installation according to EN16630, ideal for urban gyms in public parks.

FUNCTION: Improves the agility of the shoulder, elbow and wrist joints.

USE: Stand in front of two steering wheeles of the same height and grab a knob in each hand. Turn the wheels slowly, alternating after several turns the direction of rotation.
