FUNCTION: Strengthens the muscles of the upper body, mainly trunk, chest area, back and arms.
USE: Rest your hands on the two bars, lifting the body and being suspended on the ground. Through the flexion and extension of the arms, descend a little without exceeding 90o bending of the elbows and climb again. Perform multiple repetitions.
CAUTION :Consult your doctor before performing this exercise. Avoid excessive stress while using the equipment.
