The large-capacity pre-filter, made of cast iron and with a stainless steel basket, is incorporated into the pump on a baseplate via standardised flanged connections. The suction is axial and the impeller is radial at the top, with a system of standardised counter-flanges for a reliable and simple installation. It is available with models that operate at 2,900 rpm for large pools. Motor protection in this type of installation must be carried out in a control panel and general control external to the electric pump.
