Filterclean Tab is a 200g tablet that disinfects filter media. Its patented formula releases 2 very powerful components. The first component dissolves quickly (10 minutes) and acts as a filter. The second component, composed of chlorine granules, dissolves more slowly to treat the filter media in depth. The disinfectant spreads through the entire sand/glass in 30 minutes for an intensive. Filterclean Tab removes impurities that are not removed by simple backwashing.
Disinfection of the filter increases the effectiveness of the treatment products, which are not immediately consumed in the filter, so they can act in the water, where disinfection is absolutely necessary.
Filterclean Tab is compatible with chlorine, bromine or active oxygen cleaning methods.
