FUNCTION: Strengthens arm muscles, forearms, shoulders, trunk muscles (back, abs) and leg muscles. Improves mobility and cardiorespiratory resistance.
USE: Sitting on the seat, place your feet on the pedals and grip the handles with both hands. By bending your arms and stretching your legs, stretch the hand bar toward you, while pushing the pedals with your feet forward. Make the return move slowly reverse. Perform multiple repetitions.
